Music scenes can’t exist without local bands. They shape the taste of the local scene and inspire people to join bands of their own. While they often don’t breakout and become international stars, they do play an important part in the development of scenes in their town.

Here you will find profiles of some of the most important bands to the London punk scene. While there are many more to mention, the three current profiles represent some of the seminal bands to come out of London’s burgeoning punk history.
